Groundbreaking musician-composer Pat Metheny has won 20 Grammy Awards and countless "Best Jazz Guitarist" polls during his four-decade career. He has composed for small ensembles, large orchestras, ballet pieces and electric and acoustic instruments, and has collaborated with artists as diverse as Steve Reich, Ornette Coleman, Herbie Hancock and David Bowie. His current tour presents a range of music from throughout his career, with a quartet featuring Antonio Sanchez on drums, Linda May Han Oh on bass and Gwilym Simcock on piano. Metheny was recently inducted into the Downbeat Hall of Fame as its youngest member and only the fourth guitarist.
