Grab your sheet music, family and friends and come sing on the Palladium stage! In recognition of World Voice Day, on April 16th, we are having a special event for anyone who enjoys singing. Join us as the Palladium stage is transformed into a cabaret for our open mic night.
Singers of all ages, their family and friends, are encouraged to join us for an evening of music. We will have a piano accompanist and MC to lead a karaoke style night of singing. It will be informal, free, and open to the public. The singers and audience will sit at tables on stage – nightclub style. We’ll even have a cash bar for anyone who needs a little liquid encouragement.
Doors open at 6:00PM and the event runs from 6:30 to 8:30PM. Singers may show up anytime within that time frame, however; participants will sign in when they arrive and will sing in order of the sign in.
Each singer may perform one song. Due to time constraints, we will limit participation to the first 30 singers.
*Please bring sheet music for the accompanist. You are also welcome to accompany yourself on guitar, ukulele, or even bring recorded music on an MP3 player. Songs must be no more than 3 minutes in length.
