The Wallflowers
The Palladium // Wednesday, Apr 26, 7:30pm ET

With the Wallflowers’ 1996 album Bringing Down the Horse, singer-songwriter Jakob Dylan proved he was more than a son of rock royalty, dropping hit singles like “6th Avenue Heartache” and “One Headlight,” which tops Billboard’s list of “Greatest of All Time Adult Alternative Songs.” After several acclaimed group and solo albums and a nine-year hiatus – during which he executive produced and starred in the acclaimed documentary film Echo in the Canyon – Dylan assembled a new band for the latest Wallflowers album, Exit Wounds, which critics have called “his best original work” (Mojo) and “a stunning body of work by anyone's standards” (Spin).
Opener: Brother Elsey is a band of brothers hailing from Grand Rapids, MI. With humble beginnings in Detroit, the band has expanded through the midwest sharing their harmony-driven, Americana/rock songs with audiences across the country.
