Gala Addendum
Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts is devoted to protecting your personal information. This policy serves as an addendum to the existing Privacy Policy for Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts (hereafter referred to as the "Center", "we", "our" or "us") and covers specifically how we will use the information you provide to us as part of our Gala as well as how it is protected. We make every effort to balance our desires as a business to better serve you with your expectations of personal privacy.
Your Data and Qtego
The Center partners with a company called Qtego to assist with its Gala event. During the course of the event, your contact information may be collected by Qtego. This can include up to but not exceeding, your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information is stored in Qtego’s database in similar fashion to the way your information is stored in the Center’s own database.
This data is not forwarded to any additional companies, nor is it ever sold. It is retained indefinitely, but solely for the potential future use of the Center. This data is used for fundraising purposes to process gift and auction purchases via credit card information on mobile platforms.
