Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts is the only authorized ticket vendor for events occurring at the Palladium, the Tarkington and the Studio Theater, including Center Presents events, Resident Company events and ticketed rental events. Tickets for sale on sites other than TheCenterPresents.org (or Secure.TheCenterPresents.org) are not authorized by Allied Solutions Center and may not be valid tickets.
How are my tickets delivered? Where can I find my Print at Home or Online Tickets?
- Print at Home tickets are a PDF file attached to an email which typically arrives within 15 minutes of your order confirmation email. If you do not see the email, search your inbox, spam and junk folders for emails from Orders@TheCenterPresents.org (look for an email with the subject “Print at Home Tickets”).
- Online Tickets can be found in your account under “Upcoming Events”. Log in to your account here.
- Physical tickets can be mailed for most events or held at will call at the Fifth Third Bank Box Office.
- If you need your tickets replaced, whether physical or digital, contact the Fifth Third Bank Box Office at 317.843.3800 or Tickets@TheCenterPresents.org.
Do I have to print my Print at Home tickets?
You are not required to print your Print at Home tickets. You may present your tickets on a mobile device. Please ensure the barcode or QR code is fully visible to be scanned (you may need to turn up the brightness on your device).
What contributes to the price of your tickets?
A number of factors contribute to ticket prices for Center Presents events. Prices are determined to keep up with demand and market value. Tickets sold on non-authorized websites are not priced by Allied Solutions Center and could be highly inflated or include excessive fees. Please contact the Fifth Third Bank Box Office at 317.843.3800 if you are unsure about the validity of tickets found online.
Do you charge any additional service fees? How can I avoid those fees?
Yes, the nonprofit Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts charges service fees to offset administrative and ticket processing costs.
- Telephone and online purchases for Center Presents, Resident Company and rental events at Allied Solutions Center include a per-ticket service fee. This fee is waived for purchases in-person at the Fifth Third Bank Box Office.
- Subscription purchases include a per-order service fee at all points of purchase.
Can you resell my tickets for me? Can I exchange or donate my tickets?
We cannot buy back or resell tickets. If you are unable to use your tickets for a Center Presents performance, consider exchanging them for another performance or, if you are a subscriber or donor, returning them as a tax-deductible donation. Exchange fees and upgrade charges may apply. Some performances may not be eligible for exchange. Please contact the Fifth Third Bank Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the performance for ticket exchanges or ticket donations, and please have the tickets in hand.
Do you offer refunds?
- All ticket sales are final with no refunds, unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled.
- If a performance is canceled, tickets purchased through the Fifth Third Bank Box Office are refunded to the original payment method which was used.
- If a performance is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, contact the Fifth Third Bank Box Office to arrange an exchange or a refund.
How do I get a promo code? How can I buy presale tickets?
- Certain presales or special offers require a promo code to access. Promo codes are typically not available publicly and must be provided by an event presenter to obtain access to a presale or offer.
- Presales for newly added Center Presents performances are often available for Center Presents subscribers, Allied Solutions Center donors and sponsors, and members of the eClub. Promo codes to access each presale are emailed the morning of the presale.
When do tickets go on sale? When will the next season be announced?
The Center Presents season line-up is typically announced in May, with subscription packages immediately available for purchase. Single event tickets typically go on sale in the summer. Added performances through the season follow unique on sale schedules. Join the eClub to find out when new shows are added and get early access to tickets.
Are my seats together?
You may notice that your tickets have nonconsecutive seat numbers, for example seats 1 and 3, or 10 and 12. These seats are together. Seats use odd numbers only on the left side of many sections in the Palladium (as well as in the Tarkington and the Studio Theater), while seats on the right side use even numbers. Seating charts for all venues can be viewed here.
