New members elected to Board of Directors

Volunteers will serve three-year terms at Allied Solutions Center
CARMEL, Ind. – Five local community leaders have been elected to the Board of Directors of nonprofit Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts. Board members serve three-year terms on a volunteer basis.
Cheri Dick of Zionsville is a community volunteer who also serves on the boards of Indiana Landmarks, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Indianapolis Zoo, Honeywell Arts Academy and Indiana Arts Commission. She holds an MBA from Butler University and was recognized as Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Eric Holcomb.
David Greene of Carmel retired from First Merchants Bank as Region President of Indianapolis. He has served on boards for Impact Indiana and the Hamilton County Community Foundation and is a member of the Heroes Foundation cycling team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.
Joyce Irwin of Westfield retired as President and CEO of the Community Health Network Foundation. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University and serves on the Ivy Tech Hamilton County Board of Trustees.
Jack Russell of Cicero is President and CEO of OneZone Chamber. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and serves on boards including Invest Hamilton County and the Hamilton Heights Education Foundation.
Julie Siegler of Indianapolis retired from Lilly Endowment as Vice President of Administration. The Central Michigan University graduate serves on the Called to Care Steering Committee for Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and volunteers extensively with the NCAA and Indiana Sports Corp, including host committees for the Super Bowl and Final Four.
The board’s officers for the next two fiscal years are Jimmy Rayford, Chair; Bain Farris, Vice Chair; Carl Butler, Secretary; Brian Urbanski, Treasurer; and Kathleen Krusie, Immediate Past Chair.

The mission of Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts, celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2026, is to engage and inspire the Indiana community through enriching arts experiences.
