I hereby give permission for images of me or my child, captured through video, photo or digital camera during the Prism Project at the Center camp and final performance, to be used solely for Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts’ promotional material, publications, website and social media, and I waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
