Make an impression on your guests when the Payne & Mencias Palladium's elegant Concert Hall is available for rent with a Festival Floor. Installed at stage level, above the permanent seating, this state-of-the-art temporary floor creates more than 4,000 square feet of space. Available from early August to mid-September, this setup can seat as many as 264* guests for dining and dancing. Price includes carpeting, safety lights and rails, sound and lighting package, production personnel, event manager and security. Rental of the Concert Hall with Festival Floor includes use of the East, West and South Lobbies and choice of one additional room (Brham Founders Club by Brahm, Robert Adam Room or Shiel Sexton Songbook Lounge).

Located on the Box Tier level of the Payne & Mencias Palladium and overlooking the Monon Greenway and Carmel's City Center, the Robert Adam Room is an elegant but versatile 1,800-square-foot gathering. Its décor includes an enormous mural, the only existing copy of a billboard advertisement for the 1951 MGM musical An American in Paris, selected from the Great American Songbook Archives. The room is named for 18th century Scottish neoclassical architect and interior designer Robert Adam, whose style is reflected in the Payne & Mencias Palladium's interior color scheme. The room's soaring ceiling and light, airy colors offer a touch of luxury and is the perfect site for your corporate, social or wedding event. Capacity: 88-150*

Located on the Box Tier level, Brham Founders Club by Brahm is a 1,700-square-foot gathering space with access to outdoor balconies overlooking the Carmel Clay Veterans Memorial Plaza. Retractable door panels may be opened to overlook the West Lobby. Filled with natural light, the elegant space features Brazilian cherry wood floors, fine furnishings and pocket doors that allow the room to be divided into three smaller spaces, offering a variety of configurations for your corporate, social or wedding event. South Lobby
Overlooking Carter Green, the South Lobby is a study in elegance and historic ambience. Italian marble floors and three impressive 8-foot-high chandeliers highlight the lobby, which also features a coiffure ceiling for gentle lighting options. West Lobby
Italian marble floors line this square space, which also features a square vaulted ceiling. Overlooking 3rd Ave SW, the West Lobby offers added convenience of easy accessibility – drop off your guests right at the lobby entrance. Capacity: 48-125*

East Lobby
Perfect for a small wedding or other special celebration, the East Lobby features a completely symmetrical circular rotunda with plaster, floor to ceiling columns. Italian marble floors add timeless elegance to this classic space. An outdoor plaza can be incorporated in temperate weather. Capacity: 48-125*

On the Gallery level of the Payne & Mencias Palladium, the Shiel Sexton Songbook Lounge boasts balconies with sweeping views of the Carter Green, the Tarkington and the Studio Theater. Featuring elaborate chandeliers and unique art niches, this is a popular space for your corporate, social or wedding event. Capacity: 96-154*

With its exterior arches and columns, the Tarkington, located in the James Building, has a timeless look that sets the perfect tone for your function. Popular events staged in this 500-seat proscenium theater include dance recitals, musicals, lectures and a variety of performances and presentations. Prior to or following your event in the theater, consider the Tarkington Lobby for a cocktail reception of up to 100* guests with stunning views of Carter Green and the Payne & Mencias Palladium.

With a capacity of 500*, the Studio Theater's flexible black-box design and sleek, modern feel offers multiple seating and stage configurations to suit a variety of intimate musical and theatrical productions. It can also be a unique location for your next board meeting, dinner or special presentation. The Studio Theater is located in the James Building, across the Carter Green from the Palladium. Rental includes use of the Studio Theater Lobby.
