Position Title: Brand Project Manager
Supervisor's Title: Vice President of Marketing and Communications
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Purpose
The Brand Project Manager serves as the central coordinator for all internal video and graphic design projects between departments and partners at Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts. This role manages creative content requests from departments across the organization including Marketing, Education, Development, Great American Songbook Foundation, etc. The Brand Project Manager acts as the bridge between internal stakeholders and creative (marketing) staff, supporting the Center’s mission through high-quality visual storytelling and effective project execution.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Project Intake & Planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal video and graphic design requests
- Develop and maintain a standardized project intake process, including timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Translate departmental needs into clear creative briefs for video and graphic projects
- Assess scope, complexity, and resource requirements for each project
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through completion, with Stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Create and maintain production schedules, workflows, and project trackers
- Coordinate with in-house designer, videographer, and external vendors as needed
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between requesting departments and the creative team
- Manage expectations regarding timelines, capacity, and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates and proactively address challenges or changes in scope
- Ensure all projects align with the Center’s brand standards and strategic goals
- Assist with writing and storytelling when necessary
Quality Control & Delivery
- Review deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness prior to final delivery
- Oversee feedback and revision cycles to keep projects on track
- Ensure final assets are delivered in appropriate formats and archived properly
- Maintain documentation for project management processes, brand standards, and creative guidelines

Education and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, arts administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative, marketing, or media environment
- Demonstrated experience managing video and/or graphic design projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working in a nonprofit, arts, or cultural organization
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with marketing and content creation
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
- Basic understanding of video production and graphic design workflows
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a full range of benefits, including 401K and Paid Time-Off. Typical days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Opportunity for a hybrid work schedule as approved by your supervisor and in accordance with the policy. Some schedule flexibility is required as occasional evening and weekend work is necessary.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position. Travel may be optional for approved professional development opportunities.
