New members elected to Board of Directors

Volunteers will serve three-year terms at Allied Solutions Center
CARMEL, Ind. – Seven local community leaders have been elected for the first time to the Board of Directors of nonprofit Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts. Board members serve three-year terms on a volunteer basis.
Kristine J. Bouaichi of Carmel is a Partner at law firm Ice Miller LLP. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law and has served on the boards of Easter Seals Crossroads and Families First.
Evan Earley of Carmel is Senior Director of M&A at The Heritage Group. He is a Carmel High School graduate and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Ashima Kapur of Zionsville is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Allied Solutions. She holds a master’s degree in industrial psychology and organizational behavior from Delhi University and also serves on the board of the American Red Cross of Central Indiana and the Corporate Advisory Council for Riley Children’s Health.
Peter Maiers II, M.D., of Carmel is a physician at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, as well as head team physician for the Indianapolis Colts and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School. He holds bachelor’s and medical degrees from Indiana University.
Suzanne Mencias of Carmel is a philanthropist and community volunteer who holds a business degree from Indiana University. She and her husband, Ron, are longtime supporters of Allied Solutions Center and recently made a multi-year charitable commitment to support the Payne & Mencias Palladium.
Jennifer Post of Carmel is a cultural philanthropist, animal conservationist and principal of Jennifer Post Architecture and Design Consulting. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a graduate degree from Michigan State University.
David Resnick of Carmel is the board chairman for accounting firm KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller). He holds an MBA from the IU School of Business and also serves on the boards of the University of Indianapolis and Indiana landmarks.
The board’s current officers are Kathleen Krusie, Chair; Jimmy Rayford, Vice Chair; Shane Hageman, Secretary; and Brian Urbanski, Treasurer.
