REMEMBRANCE features live music, dance, spoken word, and inspiration from multiple cultures in a stirring collaborative, multimedia performance that highlights how the world and its communities are interconnected. A bold statement of our universal shared past, and intrinsic connection as a global community moving into the future. Mixing live music from multiple genres and cultures, REMEMBRANCE will feature an inspiring world premiere dance work that includes several accomplished instrumental and vocal artists and performance mediums. This concert also brings back the charming audience favorite “Don't Sit at the Corner of the Table", based on superstitions of Eastern Europe, and the critically acclaimed, deeply moving and thought-provoking piece, "Beyond These Gates the Land Groans".
