New season to feature regional talent

Naptown Hepcats, an Indianapolis-based rockabilly trio inspired by Stray Cats, will kick off the Local Mix Music Series on Aug. 14 in the Studio Theater. Tickets for shows in the series are only $10.
Local Mix Music Series puts spotlight on Indiana artists
CARMEL, Ind. – Original music by Indiana-based artists will continue to have a home in the 2026-2027 season at Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts.
Four acts in a range of styles will perform in the upcoming Local Mix Music Series, which provides opportunities for the area’s working musicians to perform for all-ages audiences in a comfortable evening setting with professional audio and lighting production.
Sponsored by Engledow Group, all shows will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Studio Theater or the neighboring Tarkington at 3 Carter Green in Carmel. Admission is just $10.

With the release of the debut album, Naptown Hepcats, the band has become a driving force in contemporary rockabilly.

Todd Williams Trio – jazz

The Tarkington
Saxophonist Todd Williams has an impressive resume that includes years playing in the Wynton Marsalis Quintet/Septet and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. He currently serves as a professor of Music Education at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Jeremiah Cosner
Jeremiah Cosner – rock/singer-songwriter

Jeremiah Cosner is a singer-songwriter who blends vintage blues, modern rock and catchy, honest lyricism, drawing inspiration from his Midwest roots and his grandfather’s love of poetry. He is backed by drummer Craig Wiley and longtime bassist James Ledesma.

Led by vocalist Breezey Fox and guitarist Krista Hoose, the Indy Annies’ forte is stitching together the threads of old and new country music. The harmonies and storytelling recall the heyday of the Grand Ole Opry, paired with an electric sound and performance style.
