Academy of St Martin in the Fields with Conrad Tao
// Monday, Jan 1, 12am ET
Founded in 1958, the Academy of St Martin in the Fields is one of the world’s most-recorded orchestras and one of the U.K.’s most celebrated cultural exports. Under Music Director Joshua Bell, its player-led approach empowers every member of the orchestra, resulting in ambitious and collaborative performances that transcend the traditional conductor-led model. In its ambitious 2025-2026 season, ASMF undertook four tours across Europe and four to the U.S., including its first Carnegie Hall appearance in 20 years. Pianist-composer Conrad Tao will be the soloist in this program of Mozart, Copland and Crawford Seeger.
