Hailing from southern Indiana, Nick Dittmeier has released several records as a solo artist and with his band, the Sawdusters. Known for their rootsy sound, the group came out of the pandemic lockdown with a different approach, incorporating drum machines, loops and synthesizers on their 2022 album Heavy Denim. Their new release is the EP Fast Fashion on sonaBLAST! Records.
